Display latitude and longitude labels inside figure axes using m_map

I am using the m_map mapping package (https://www.eoas.ubc.ca/~rich/map.html). I'm wanting to display latitude/longitude labels inside my figure rather than outside as by default. I'd like to display labels for every other latitude/longitude line on the left and bottom inside figure, respectively. The only option I see on m_grid is YaxisLocation, but this can only get my labels to the middle of the figure which isn't where I want them placed.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
