F28388D, IPC, and Flash Boot

I'm using R2023a, C2000 microcontroller blockset, embedded coder, and F28388D.
Below is for CPU1 and the GPIO is for an LED indication. Also for clarification, I'm using an example program of the C2000 microcontroller blockset.
And below is for CPU2.
Boot options like the pin positions and the setting in Configuration Parameters are set correctly.
Then, I downloaded the above programs to CPU1 and CPU2 using the CCS and a JTAG programmer, and started the programs on the CCS.
And everything worked very well as expected.
But, I encountered a problem just after I turned OFF and ON again the MCU power. I couldn't see any LED blinking, which said the MCU was not working.
I repeated above procedures, but in this case I removed all the IPC blocks. Then it worked very well, even after the power switching.
I used the same MCU and IPC blocks(embedded coder support package) in R2022a version before without any problem.
Could anybody give me some help?

I have the same problem with R2023a .
Could you have any answer for this question?
Best regards.

Hi Yo-An,
I understand that you are facing an issue after you power cycle your hardware board.
This is a bug which has been fixed in MATLAB R2023a Update 5. The following external bug report gives the procedure to fix this:
