Is there a differences in account when registered as a undergraduate and graduate student when registering?

No, no difference. The same license type is used for both of them.
It is not uncommon that graduate students need access to toolboxes not available with the student license. Typically that works out as an Academic license being provided for the use of the graduate student.

In most cases, the main distinction between undergraduate and graduate student accounts would be related to the programs and services available.
