How can I make plotter's axis fixed?

If I run simulink from below link, Vehicle XY plotter run.

In plotter, Camera is fixed with vehicle not figure so I wanna see all of track with fixed view

so I wanna axis is fixed and vehicle just moving in fixed plot, not camera moving with vehicle

How can I?

I am not good at English, sorry for my explaining
