VBIC Transistors in matlab

Does anyone know how to generate a M-File that reflects behaviour of VBIC transistors or MOS integrated circuits...?
I have SPICE files for that...but how to do the same thing in matlab???

For electric circuit simulation, Simscape Electrical is the go-to place to start. Simscape Electrical offers a variety of semiconductor devices. Moreover, the subcircuit2ssc function allows users to convert a SPICE subcircuit to custom Simscape components.
