We want to prepare an non-interactive install for a group of users.
All users will have a Matlab License, some of them will have specific toolbox licenses.
We want to prepare one install that includes all toolboxes, would this work? As not all users have a toolbox license, would the installation for the regular Matlab fail for them?

A silent install uses a text file that (among other information, including the license) contains the list of toolboxes to be installed.
You can prepare a single installer and everything should work, as long as you specify the correct file for the correct user.
