Does Matlab support parallel processing on Intel® Iris Xᵉ Graphics?

I am having ROG Flow Z13 (2022) GZ301ZA-LD049WS. This laptop having Intel® Iris Xᵉ Graphics. Does it support parallel processing? How can I enable parallel processing using this graphics !

If you'd like to use a GPU for parallel processing, you'll need to have a discrete NVIDIA® GPU:
https://www.mathworks.com/help/parallel-computing/gpu-computing-requirements.html
In your case, the Iris graphics are unfortunatley not supported. However, with Parallel Computing Toolbox you can still run CPU-based parallel workflows.
