Products which have a licensed checked out should not be affected by a license manager restart (unless it's an exorbitant long restart). I would suggest contacting Technical Support (support@mathworks.com).
License Manager Error -139

we have a user who experiences the -139 error but only when doing a long simulation, it is not upon startup and confirmed the licensing is all correct. would this happen if the licensing server is restarted possiblty during a simulation to disrupt the connectivity?
