Code Generation with Local Solvers
显示 更早的评论
I was excited to see that since Simulink R2022a, local solvers can be used for reference models. Our use case requires mixing implicit and explicit fixed step size solvers, so this would be a great simplification of our current process.
Sadly, the Code Generation Limitation page states that "You can not generate code for a model that uses a local solver". This would be our primary application.
Is there an inherent reason for this limitation, or might this be a potential addition in near future versions? Also, is there a better workaround than generating C-code from the reference model (including the specific solver) and inserting this code into the main model as a non-inlined S-function?
