How to programmitcally edit the "Goto Tag" in "From" block in simulink

I have a simulink model with multiple Goto blocks. I also have a "From" block in my model that corresponds to one of these "GoTo" blocks, How can I change its "Goto Tag" and "Goto Source"? I want it to get coreesponded to another "GoTo" block.

set_param(PathToTheBlock,'GotoTag','B')
