How to suppress warning for commented out subsystems?

I'm getting warnings for subsystems which are commented out.
As far as I understood the Simulink.SuppressedDiagnostic object warnings can be suppressed only for specific blocks.
Is there a way to suppress warnings for all subsystems which are commented out together?

You can configure the model from the Diagnostics pane. Choose 'Connectivity' and select the 'None' option for both 'unconnected block input ports' and 'unconnected block output ports'."

Thank you very much for your suggestion but that is not what I'm looking for because this would disable the warnings for all subsystems which are not commented out, too.
What I'm wondering about in general is, why Simulink does not ignore the subsystems which are commented out when building the model? Because this is the intention of commenting out in my understanding...

The cause for the question is solved. It was a mix of different circumstances which caused me to believe that commented-out subsystems are not ignored.
