I understand you are not able to install Simulink Desktop Real-Time kernel using.
sldrtkernel -setup
Starting from the R2023b version, Simulink Desktop Real-Time has been updated to be compatible with Linux operating systems. Therefore, if you are using Linux, it is recommended to install Simulink Desktop Real-Time using the R2023b release.
If you are using Windows or MacOS, I think you can refer to the documentation below from MathWorks and you should be good to go!
