how can i solve:
max sum sum sum Pijk*Wk*x
subject to: Xijk>=0 & binary
sum Xijk >=NS (NS>=3), (k=1:m)
sum [[6Xi1k+6Xi2k+12Xi3k]]>=156 (i=1:ND) (ND=NO OF DAYS /MONTH)
SUM xIJK <=2 (J=1:2)
Xi1k+Xi3k<=1
Xi3k + X(i+1)1k <=1
how can i write these constraints in matlab,which each constraint has many constraints

I have a hard time trying to decipher the form of your problem because of formatting, but bintprog from Optimization Toolbox might be a possibility.
