plot discrete values for many conditions

Hello,

I want to plot discrete values "wopt" as a function of lambda( or better log10(lambda)) and for various L=20,30,..100, etc..

as shown in the table attached. That means different graphs on the same plot to be drawn.

Any help on how to do it?
