There are three possibilities here:
  1. Your university might have arranged with Mathworks to support Mathworks licenses for all eligible students. If so then if you visit https://login.mathworks.com/embedded-login/landing.html?cid=mktg&wid=cwl you will have an opportunity to enter your email address and have Mathworks check to see if you are eligible; OR
  2. Your university might have arranged licenses for students, but might want to adminster them itself. In that case you would need to contact your university IT department (or possibly a professor) to arrange access; OR
  3. Possibly your university might not purchase licenses for students. In that case, NO you would not be able to get MATLAB for free.

I assume you are a student in Egypt, given the address.
MATLAB is not offered for free. However, you need to contact your university. If they have a site license, then you need only talk to the site admin and they will give you what you need.
If your uni cannot offer a site license, then no, there is not a direct option. In that case, you may be able to use Octave, a (free) close cousin to MATLAB, which can often use the same code.
If you choose not to do so, then you can use Python, which has many similar capabilities though the code will be more significantly different. Python is also free.
