You can try to determine the pattern of email addresses for Tsinghua University.
The first author has an ORCiD, but apparently they didn't even add this paper to their profile.
Anyway, none of this is actually related to Matlab.

If you have a specific question about where you're having difficulty implementing the code for this paper, show us the code you've written to try to solve the problem and ask that specific question and we may be able to provide some guidance.
If you're not sure whether your code is performing correctly, I'd take some known results (if you have them, perhaps from the paper) and use them as test cases to increase your confidence that it's performing correctly.
