Giving a variable name from a vector

I have a vector of values, e.g.
x = [1 2 3]
I want to create a list of variables with the names
alg1_oper_x(i)_par1 = zeros(n,1);
such that i takes values from the vector x. How can I do it? Is there some parsing involved?
