I have a 10 x 100 character array that I would like to change into a 10 x 100 cell array.
e.g.
'AEADHF'
'TYESDF'
into
'A' 'E' 'A' 'D' 'H' 'F'
'T' 'Y' 'E' 'S' 'D' 'F'
