Simulink - How to exctract the exact time the derivative is different from 0?

Hello I have this yellow signal:

I need to subtract the blue output a constant that exactly the output of the yellow signal(yaxis) when the derivative starts growing, that means it is different from zero. How can i do it?

Can you simply "just" draw the wanted signal in a separate figure? So that it is better understandable what the end result should look like?
