how to know first element in Data struct

i want the first element of all field in struct
>> whos Sis
Name Size Bytes Class Attributes
Sis 1x351 120517682 struct
Sis(1).data(1)
ans =
datetime
2008-01-01
but i want to know Sis(1).data(1) for all element in struct(351 element)
i can't to use
data=[Sis.data];
Error using datetime/horzcat
Dimensions of arrays being concatenated are not consistent.

S = struct('data',{datetime(2023,11,1:5),datetime(2023,1,1:4)},'other',{eps,pi})
arrayfun(@(s)s.data(1),S)
