Running fopen command Unsuccessful open: Java exception occurred R2020a

Hi Everyone,
I am getting the following error when running the fopen commands. Has anyone seen this?
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError:
com.mathworks.toolbox.instrument.VisaTEST.Create(Lcom/mathworks/toolbox/instrument/Instrument;Ljava/lang/String;)[I
at com.mathworks.toolbox.instrument.VisaTEST.Create(Native Method)
at com.mathworks.toolbox.instrument.VisaGeneral.openHardware(VisaGeneral.java:311)
at com.mathworks.toolbox.instrument.Instrument.fopen(Instrument.java:1646)
