SoC Builder fails hardware setup and crash

Has anyone experience SoC Blockset failing to setup hardware shown below? If so, how did you resolve it? My design is targeting ZCU111 Evaluation Kit at the top module and processor levels

Hello John,
I understand that you are facing error while setting up hardware using the SoC blockset.
To address this issue, you can consider following workarounds:
  • Power cycle the ZCU111 board to reset its state. This can clear any temporary issues that can affect the hardware setup.
  • Run the hardware setup process again within MATLAB.

After the hardware setup, you can try SoC builder again.

The build never compiles so hardware is not the issue. When you start the Configure, Build, and Deploy tap of the SoC Blockset, it first validate the model. As part of the validation is tries to compile the RTL against the selected hardware, this is where that error occurs and crashes the the build
FYI, the fpga subsystem seems to be the issue here; however, the modules have separately compiled in unit test environments. The resources for each of the modules within the design is very small to the available resources on the hardware.
