Converting customized hd map to RRHd map

I'm using RoadRunner Scene tools to convert our customized HD map to RR HDmap. once I heard we can use a script to parse map information and building program which is for coverting our HD map to RRHDmap. Anyone knows about these information?

I refered to below links but didn't get yet
