Any MATLAB toolbox for processing GRACE Level-1B data?

Hello,
Is there a MATLAB package available for processing GRACE Level-1B data to extract gravity coefficients? (Like GRAMAT which is for processing GRACE Level-2 data, I'm looking for one that helps process Level-1B data). Any suggestions please.
