MATLAB Admin Center MJS Service Error

When trying to start an MJS Service on my local machine via the Admin Center, I get the following error stating that Admin Center failed to start MJS service (PC name blacked out for privacy):
This is what my Admin Center looks like (PC name blacked out for privacy):
The host is reachable but MJS cannot be started due to "IO Problem". I was unable to find any documentation online that would explain what this IO problem is.
My computer is running MATLAB R2023a on Windows 10.
Can someone help me understand and fix this error? Thanks.

Could you confirm mjs.bat exists in C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2023a\toolbox\parallel\bin?
If not, MATLAB Parallel Server is not installed.

Thank You for the quick response! I checked the location and mjs.bat is not present. Only an mjs_def.bat file is present in that folder.
I can ask my organization's IT department to install MATLAB Parallel Server on that computer. Can you please link me to the page which has the necessary installation instructions?
