Problems with matlab calls to starccm+

I have written a starccm+ script file (. java) and now I want to be able to open starccm+ via matlab code to execute my script. But I don't know how to call starccm+ using matlab code, can anyone tell me, is it similar to calling catia, fluent using matlab? Thanks a lot for your help guys!
