Stateflow: Using State as transition condition

Does anybody know if I can use a state condition in parallel chart as a condition for transition? For example, when state b is active in subchart 2, a transition from x to y will occur, as seen in the drawing below:

There are "implicit events" in Stateflow that let you check whether you're in a state, or a state has just been entered. For example
enter(2.b)
in(2.b)
Look at this link, which explains implicit events in more detail.
