I need to run code written for NVIDIA GPUs with at least 8gb of RAM

Hi there,
I have some code that requires a NVIDIA GPU with at least 8gb of RAM. This isn't for deep learning. From what I understand, I can't use google colab or other platform (like microsoft Azure virtual machines) because of licensing issues. For instance, with azure virtual machines I would need to install Matlab on that virtual machine according to their documentation. I have a university license, so matlab is confined to my laptop. Any suggestions on how I could go about this (other buying a new laptop)?
