Non Linear Beams in Simscape multibody

I'm trying to make a non-linear beam element to test the deflections but the one availble in simscape multibody is flexible bodies which are not good for large deformation. Any suggestions how can I make a non linear beam element with the blocks availble in simscape multibody?
