Simulink Onramp cannot progress due to "Empty object found"

I was doing Simulik Onramp, at Training - Tasks 10.1 I couldn't proceed to Task 2 due to this "Error evaluating 'StopFcn' callback of block_diagram 'SimulinkOnramp'." block diagram error. I have followed the solution but still encountering same error. Can someone help to resolve this error

Here are few steps you can take to resolve this issue:
- Reset the model: You can click on the "Reset" button next to the "Submit" button to reset the model and then try to add the Integrator block from the Simulink > Continuous library and connect it to the Ramp and Signal Assessment blocks.
- Restart Simulink Onramp: Occasionally, issues can arise from the session state. Restarting the Simulink Onramp training might help reset the state and resolve the error.
