Can you attach the model file or provide any more information? The error message in your attachment is not completely shown and there is no way for the Community to understand how the model is intended to work.

The model file is attached, implementing voltage based cell balancing using a buck-boost converter. The control logic is implemented using Stateflow in SIMULINK.

Hello,
The error that you are encountering is due to the unresolved symbols in the Stateflow chart of the model.
To resolve this, open the Stateflow chart in the model and open the 'Symbols Pane'. Resolve the unresolved symbols in the chart using the 'Symbols Pane'.
