I have a binary circle (white) which the edge are not smooth , is jagges. and i know the pixel size is 5mm. how can i find the distances of all pixels inside the circle from the outer edges?

Get a Euclidean distance map with bwdist():
edm = bwdist(binaryImage) * 5;
