Error trying to fit data to gaussian function: Inf computed by model function, fitting cannot continue

I've got a large number of Datapakets. Some of them are working, while other return the Error.

I can't find any Wrong Data and got no idea, how to fix the Problem.

If you don't include your data and your code, we don't know either.

Maybe in the evaluation of exp(...), the (...) becomes too large.
