Attached are two blockproc demos. It should be easy for you to adapt them to get the entropy according to whatever formula they gave you.

Sorry, I can't.
One reason is that I don't have the wavelet toolbox because I never have need to use it. Unfortunately the guy who would always answer the wavelet questions, Wayne King, doesn't seem to visit this forum anymore. Good luck with it though.
