I need the R2018a version for my project ,some tools in that are not available in the current version.how can Idownload the 2018 version .can a direct link be provided

As the linked description in the comment is correct concerning where do find the download - the community cannot assess whether your organization has an active license / license under maintenance AND your MathWorks account is linked accordingly.
Please verify whether you can download and if not reach out ot your IT department. Frequently there are webpages "portals" providing information specific to your organization.
