- Define speed breakpoints based on your motor characteristics.
- Define maximum torque values.
- Define RPM values for creating efficiency lookup table.
- Define torque breakpoints for efficiency table.
- Similar to efficiency, create breakpoints for loss calculations.
- Loss table- Create a lookup table that represents motor losses.

Instead of PMSM I want to use induction motor in the vehicle composer app. How can I change the machine in the app?

Hello Deepa,
I can see that you want to use "induction motor" parameters while building a Virtual Electrical or Hybrid Vehicle in Virtual Vehicle Composer application.
Unfortunately the application does not have any direct selection method to do so but defining paramets in terms of induction motor can be a way to get results close to your expectations. For that you can do the following steps:
You can also refer to the MathWorks documentation to understand the ways of mapping a motor through Mapped Motor Block: www.mathworks.com/help/vdynblks/ref/mappedmotor.html
Hope it helps.
