One approach is to use the “Model Advisor Configuration Editor”: https://www.mathworks.com/help/slcheck/ug/organizing-checks-and-folders-using-the-model-advisor-configuration-editor.html
Specifically, you can configure which check failures result in a Warning vs. Error:
This could be useful if you wanted to, say, disposition or resolve Errors first.
