The error message is explicit and detailed. Just do what it tells you to do.
@amani, are you specifically looking to use RNG Seed Number 1 in your work? Or are you asking for technical explanations about why it produces such an error message? Alternatively, do you want to know what "rand('state', 0)" has to do with Seed Number 1?
