Capturing using real term giving "Invoke Error, Dispatch Exception:"

I had opened a COM port using realterm through MATLAB. When I tried to capure data, it gives the following error. The code was working fine when using PC, but with my laptop, it is showing error.
invoke(rt_obj.hrealterm,'StartCapture'); %start capture
??? Invoke Error, Dispatch Exception: Source: Realterm.RealtermIntf Description: I/O error 103
Kindly help me in troubleshooting.

I also just ran into this problem.
I'm sure you've already solved it, but for anyone else who is wondering, make sure the filepath that you are saving to exists.
