Missing Texas Instruments Debug Probe XDS200 in device manager

I have XDS100 and XDS200 Texas Intruments Debug Probe.
However, in XDS200 series that there is missing "Texas Instruments Debug Probe" in PC device manager as explain in picture shown bellow.
when it is missing, i am unable to do serial communication or external mode with DSP F28377D.
please help me to solve this issue.

Hi Arifin,
This issue might occur if the debug probe has no firmware or if the bootloader is corrupt. I found a similar issue on the Texas Instruments forums (but for XDS110), where reflashing the bootloader and the firmware resolved the issue. Here is the link for reference:

As mentioned in the above link, you can try reflashing the bootloader and firmware. If the issue persists, I suggest you reach out to Texas Instruments support for further guidance.
