I see that you are looking at the “Stepper Motor Drive” example model linked here - https://www.mathworks.com/help/sps/ug/stepper-motor-drive.html. The documentation states that the example motor is operating with a stepping rate of 500 steps/s, which does not match your requirement. You can open the model using the following command:
openExample('simscapeelectricalsps/StepperMotorExample')
The “Drive” block is a masked block. Double clicking on it will show its properties. You can modify the “Stepping rate (step/s)” property to 100 step/s, which corresponds to your requirement of 10 millisecond long fixed steps.

The scope output will show that the stepper motor is now operating with 10 millisecond long fixed steps. Hope this helps!
