switching of svpwm is not working . it is not showing staircase mode in scope

To convert radians to degree, the Gain should be 180/pi. You had it as pi/180. That seems to be the cause.
The logic seems correct, although a single Lookup Table block can replace all those blocks, mapping 0~60 to 1, 60~120 to 2, etc.

i have the stair case for the svpwm.
for the three phase grid connected system should i have used the angle from pll and i'm experiencing exponentially increasing waveform. what should i do to settle it down
