To access “aliasDataType” on the signal-line, you could use “get_param” function on the specific block connected in the signal, following example illustrates using “vdp” model:
```
vdp([], [], [], 'compile');
d = get_param('vdp/Product','CompiledPortDataTypes');
vdp([], [], [], 'term');
disp(d. Inport{1});
```
