Hi Paul,
There's no need to convert the Simulink model into a PMP file; instead, you can directly use the "NXP Model-Based Design Toolbox" to use Freemaster with Simulink.
You can watch this video from timestamp 19:30 onwards to get the steps required for using the software together.
