No, it is not in either of those files. It would have been sent by email if you purchased from Mathworks; if you are using a license provided by an institution such as a university then the institution would provide it.

After I clicked "Get License File" button, and selected the release, it still ask for the activation key.

The volunteers here do not have access to the license database. If the information linked to is not enough to locate your access key then you must contact Mathworks Support (or go through the process of buying a new license instead)

Today, Sunday, January 09, 2022, from Urcuqui - Ecuador (South America), I downloaded the 30-days Free Trial of MathWorks (MATLAB)software. For activating the software the system is asking the Activation Key. Please, can you give the Activation Key for running the free trial?

The volunteers who answer questions here do not have access to the license database, so we cannot send the activation key. You should have been sent the key to the email address associated with your MATLAB Central account.
