optimization toolbox in exe file

I made a exe file including optimization toolbox. It is not working but it works in matlab. Is it possible to make the exe file run optimization toolbox?

The GUI functions of the Optimization Toolbox and Global Optimization Toolbox cannot be compiled. The command line operations of those toolboxes can be compiled. See http://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/compiler_support.html
