How can I display Matlab results on a graph from another program?

Hi guys,

I have written a program that calculates some parameters of a car engine. Varying the inputs, these parameters change. I have also made a graphical representation of the engine in another program. I want to combine Matlab with this graph so as when I run the code from Matlab, the outputs for each part of the engine will appear in my graph.

Is something like this possible?

I have loaded the picture but I don't know how to display it as a figure so as to add to it what I need. I am kinda beginner with Matlab. You know how I do it?
