Can a Truth table be imported as a single requirement using Requirements Toolbox?

Hi,
I am familiar with Simulink's Requirements Toolbox and the process of importing requirements via Excel or Word.
However, only recently there has been truth tables added as the requirement description within our DOORs module.
I know the functionality exists between DOORs and Simulink to import requirements directly, however this is unavailable to me due to disimilar networks. I usually export requirements from DOORs using Excel, however the truth tables get broken using this process.
In an attempt to try and retain the truth tables, I have exported the requirements into .html, then copy this into a word document and fiddled with the formatting so that it presents OK.
But, doing this creates an outer table which captures all rows and columns, and the truth tables within the necessary rows. This creates a situation where there is tables within tables only for the requirements which have them.
Naievely, I thought that importing the requirement using Rich text might provide me with what I wanted within the Requirement view in Simulink, but it has not.
I am considering perhaps using Regular expressions, however I would prefer to identify the applicable column headers and capture all data within the applicable rows, however I'm convinced this would work either.
I also tried the writetable() function in MATLAB, however this had issues with the Truth tables also.
So the question is, does Requirements Toolbox have the flexibility to cater for Truth tables within requirement descriptions or not?
Is there another way that this could be done?
Or, is it a case where I will need to create the truth table manually and add it to the applicable requirement description?
Please advise.
Regards,
Dan
