I would like to simulate electrical transformer in simulink using FRA or frequency response analysis for diagnostic purpose

As I understand it, you are looking to perform Frequency Response/Domain Analysis of an “Electrical Transformer”. To simulate an “Electrical Transformer”, you can refer to this Simscape example:
