Help, please , write Screen Keyboard in Matlab

Hi, I need help . I can not write in the Matlab -screen keyboard , which will support the caps lock and transient from Russian into English and vice versa. Maybe someone has such a program?

You'll have to change the keyboard layout.
There is a guide on how to do this here:
